The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained old building in a quiet side street in Vienna’s 12th district. Please note that there is no elevator.
Location & public transport
Public transport connections are excellent: tram line 62 and the Badner Bahn take you directly to the city centre at the Vienna State Opera in around 16 minutes. The U4 underground line is reachable in about ten minutes on foot and provides fast connections across the city.
A large EUROSPAR supermarket is only a few minutes’ walk away and covers all daily shopping needs.
All-inclusive rent
The rent is charged monthly and already includes all ongoing costs. Heating, electricity, water, internet, public charges and household insurance are included in the all-inclusive rent.
Deposit & further information
The deposit is € 1,500 and must be paid before moving in. The one-time final cleaning fee is € 149.
Main residence registration is not possible. Secondary residence registration is possible.
